This site contains information about the Aurobindo Yoga Holidays to Nepal in December 2003 and January 2003 and to Thailand in March 2003 and November 2003. The Nepal group will stay in the Katmandu valley and Pokhara with stunning views of the Himalayas and the Thailand group will stay at the Sanctuary on Koh Phangan a tropical island in Southern Thailand. The leader and point of contact for these trips is Roger King of the UK.

Roger has been studying yoga for eight years and has spent a number of seasons at ashrams in Nepal. He is also influenced by the renowned British Wheel Teachers course. The greatest influence in Rogers life is the Sri Aurobindo yogi's philosophies...

Any profit from these programs will be used to help Roger with his journey and the strong vision he has towards buying land somewhere in the UK. The land will be a retreat space with a healing focus, both for the land and those that come. Yoga will have a strong influence in the activities as well as many other holistic and healing pursuits. Financially, the goal is to charge appropriately: Those that can afford to pay will, and in so doing will give those that can't the opportunity to experience something unique. This energy exchange is the quest for harmony and balance on a universal level. "This is what Sri Aurobindo philosophies are all about" says Roger, "Listening to your inner truth.
