You are invited to join me, Roger, on a journey to Koh Phangan, Southern Thailand. There we will stay at the Sanctuary resort, a perfect haven for you to completely relax.

The 15 day trip at the cost of £1395 will include:
Return flights to Bangkok
Full insurance
Airport Tax
3½ day fast at the Sanctuary's Wellness Centre
15 nights accommodation in the luxury bungalows at the Sanctuary 
Evening meal and Herbal Teas for 15 nights
Yoga Tuition twice daily (4 hours total) for 12 days (optional)
Return Domestic flight to Koh Samui and transfers to Koh Phangan and the Sanctuary
Cost for non-yoga and non-fasting participants £1150 (under 15's £1050).

 Boat trip for snorkelling and visit to bat cave and waterfall, £12
Diving course to gain PADI certificate. Costs depends upon availability and numbers of people interested
