Within the schedule I have allowed 7 days for relaxation and yoga
practice, or visiting
other sights, and when we fit these days in will be a group decision,

Cost per person 1450 sterling (under 15's 1100) 10% of the cost of the holiday will go to selected Children's Charities in Nepal |

Included: Return flight, airport tax, departure tax, Full insurance, visa, yoga, Transportation in Nepal, accommodation, food & teas. Not Included: Alcohol & other beverages. |

Optional Extras If you're Trekking a porter can be arranged to carry your back-pack at the cost of four pounds a day. Single room supplement is two pounds a day. Sunrise flight around Mount Everest at 110 U.S dollars. |
